I don’t klnow how legit this story is. If it is, I’m surprised it didn’t get any traction in the media.
The media spin has been about how she was back to work 8 minutes after surgery. She’s competing in a jai alai tourney next weekend after she plays bongos for Green Day at the Planned Parenthood SlamFest.
If she misses the arguments, can she still weigh in on a decision?

The lefties are gonna start blood donation drives, have medical specialists visit and treat her, and do anything to keep her on that court through January of 2021!
Maybe one of Legal experts can help answer this question for me. Inasmuch as she is missing “Oral Arguments”, can she still rule/offer opinions on any of those cases based on the legal written briefs and the input she gets from her staff?
I’m sure she won’t miss voting on any rulings.

In order to get Trump’s next SC candidate through confirmation, he’ll have to choose a virgin female/male who lived his/her entire life in a cloistered convent/monastery.
If RBG drops dead anytime soon, expect the democrats in the house to immediately start impeachment proceedings - with or without any evidence - in order to claim that Trump doesn’t have the right to appoint a replacement while the impeachment progress plays out.

Ginsburg missing Supreme Court arguments for 1st time
WASHINGTON (AP) — The Supreme Court says Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg is missing arguments for the first time in more than 25 years as she recuperates from cancer surgery last month.
Court spokeswoman Kathy Arberg said Monday the 85-year-old Ginsburg is continuing to recuperate and work from home after doctors removed two cancerous growths from her left lung odn Dec. 21.
Ginsburg was discharged from a New York hospital on Dec. 25.
