VETO - Not needed, doubt if it would pass in the house, and if so would never get past the Senate.

It is unconstitutional to pass a law directed at one individual. It is also unconstitutional for a law to be retro active. So even if such a law could be passed it would not affect President Trump, only future Presidents.

Now do the Democrats really want such a law on the books? Would Hillary?

No this is rhetoric for her base and nothing more.

Even if PDJT were to sign it, such a bill would never pass Constitutional muster. There is no requirement anywhere that says a Presidential Candidate must release a single tax return.

This is nothing more than a political stunt by Piglosi.
