they will never willingly end this. They will remain until Trump ends it so they can scream obstruction of justice. Mueller can't end this endless probe. He knows Trump will declassify the various FISA docs and such exposing the entire investigation as built on a corrupt basis. Mueller is there to coverup the corruption.
Trump can't declassify before the end of the investigation or it give Mueller the opportunity to scream obstruction. So it will drag on, like the Flying Dutchman of investigations, except that Mueller and his corrupt gang gets to pocket millions of taxpayer dollars running the meter.
