Her answers were apparently very similar to someone sitting next to her, which is why she was flagged (by the computer checking the results, I believe). The press always leave that part out.
The question is, was the other student's score flagged, too?
A proctor is sitting there watching the students take the test. If a student were copying answers, the proctor should've noticed. Otherwise, the ETS is making an accusation with very little basis.
