Fiscal responsibility's got to go! People like, need stuff! Is it possible to be less fiscally responsible than our last Congress, which decided not to have pay-go BTW?

No. The probable reason Paul Ryno didn't have pay-go was so that his House could spend freely without raising taxes. And it did. Both parties have the same sickness (OPM addiction) and manifest different symptoms. One wants to spend wildly by raising taxes (D), the other wants to spend wildly without raising taxes (R). We are screwed either way.
