Romney is in the Senate for the sole purpose of causing problems for Trump. He will be worse than Flake.
Flake had more effect because there were fewer Republican Sanators.
Only thing is, he will be far less effective than Flake, as in 53/47 versus only 51/49. Flake could blackmail GOP Senators( like in the Kavanaugh confirmation), Romney cant. He is just whistling in the wind.

Bottom line IMHO, is that Paul Ryan cost the GOP the House majority, as everything he did or did not do was calculated and planned to destroy POTUS, Donald J. Trump. And....Mitt Romney asked and kindly received the full support of POTUS, Trump for his Senate run, which he won. He thanks Trump by turning on him. What a piece of human vermin & scum...Romney is.
