Giuliani: Mueller is the “Insurance Policy” Talked About in Text Messages
Conservative Free Press ^ | December 31, 2018 | Andrew

Posted on 01/02/2019 1:56:41 AM PST by gattaca

One of the most disturbing text messages sent between disgraced former FBI agent Peter Strzok and his lover, FBI lawyer Lisa Page, mentioned an “insurance policy” that would take hold if Trump were to somehow win the 2016 election. And now Rudy Giuliani, who is serving as the president’s chief legal counsel, says he believes that he knows exactly what that text was referring to.

“All those texts from Strzok and Page — deleted?” Giuliani said in an interview with Fox News on Sunday. “After they find out that Strzok is texting that he hates Trump, that he’s going to get him and stop him — and that if he can’t stop him, he has an ‘insurance policy’ to get him out of office. I believe Mueller is the insurance policy to get him out of office. I’m not just saying that — Strzok was his first investigator.”

Giuliani said that he has suspicions about the DOJ IG report that concludes the text messages were the victim of a site-wide technical glitch. He believes that someone, upon discovering the content of the messages, took it upon themselves to illegally and unethically wipe Strzok and Page’s phones so that their anti-Trump bias would never see the light of day.

“The person who determined what to eliminate was Mueller’s records officer, who says there was nothing of interest there,” Giuliani said. “It’s hard to believe Strzok and Page suddenly decided, ‘We’re not going to text anymore about Donald Trump.’ They seemed to be obsessively and compulsively texting about him. I don’t know what kind of lovers they were if they were texting about that all the time. It’s ridiculous.”

Giuliani was asked if he expects Mueller’s report to be out soon; he said he wasn’t holding his breath.

“Oh gosh, almighty — first he was coming out in March, then in May — we’re now in fourth degree of separation from the non-crime of collusion,” Giuliani said. “We went to the non-crime of obstruction of justice, that didn’t work out for them. Then he moved on to campaign contributions, which by the way are not violative of the campaign finance law. And then they’re looking at now the Russia tower. They should go to Moscow. There is no tower. It didn’t get built. It didn’t get beyond a nonbinding letter of intent, which is like a wish.

“My ultimatum is ‘put up or shut up, Bob,’” Giuliani continued, addressing Mueller directly. “I mean, what do you have? There are those who believe you don’t have anything on collusion. And, by the way, even if you did it’s not a crime – so what the heck are you doing? Do you have anything that shows the President of the United States was involved in a conspiracy to hack the DNC with Russia? Of course you don’t. If you do, put out a report, or give it to the Justice Department, let them review it, make sure it’s not classified or whatever, put out a report. We’re ready to rebut it. I’ve had the report ready for two months.”

Under Osama Obama the top echelons of the FBI and the DOJ were thoroughly, and unashamedly,corrupt...as evidenced by Comey, the Sky Harbor tarmac chat (about golf and grandkids),Strzok,Page,Rice's e-mail (to herself) on the morning of 1/20/17,"POTUS wants to know everything we're doing",33,000 missing e-mails (about weddings and yoga)...

Etc...etc...etc...

We need to be the “insurance policy” against the deep state rats winning this thing.

Enough is enough Mueller.

Obama thoroughly corrupted the top echelons of the FBI and DOJ......

You got that right. The evidence is overwhelming. The Halfrican's police state was about to become public knowledge. The lawless Obama had plenty to hide.
They had been counting on Hillary to sweep it under the rug. (A)
the entire US intel apparat, and, (B) suck-up Eric Holder's DOJ, to spy on the Trump campaign, the Trump
transition and the Trump presidency.

Also explains the goofy Ut-Oh look on the Halfrican's goon face as he greeted the president elect.

The dirt Hillary was supposed to sweep under the rug is now in the hands of the man they tried to destroy.

"I don’t know what kind of lovers they were if they were texting about that all the time. It’s ridiculous.”

Why does everyone in government think they are a stand-up comic?
Why can no one in government make a statement without some kind of lame one-liner?

Candidate Hillary had a cute game going. The evidence indicates:
<><> candidate Hillary Clinton (not Trump) was colluding bigtime.
<><> Hillary paid to create opposition research she knew was bogus.
<><> the slumdog Clintons then "leaked" the bogus anti-Trump tripe to the obedient media,
<><> later, the faked-up news reports were triumphantly distributed as "proof" of her superiority over Trump.

Too bad that scheme didnt work (smirk).

Anybody who dared to say “Hi” to Pres Trump or maybe shared an elevator with him in Trump Tower is being investigated.....proof positive Mueller has nothing and is resorting to (A) "harvesting crimes" and, (B) conducting opposition research for the Democrats on the taxpayers dime.

The creepy Deep State is gung ho to get rid of Donald Trump.
We, the people, have been misled for too long. Robert Mueller has nothing because there is nothing:

<><> Where is the evidence that Trump colluded with Russians to sabotage Hillary's campaign?
<><> Where is the evidence of vote-tampering?
<><> Where and when were the meetings held to plot strategy?
<><> Just what is the strategy?

=====================================

=====================================

We'll never nail these slumdogs on their actual crimes. We need to micromanage the evidence we do have.
For example, evidence that Mueller is misusing his public position in various ways. Trump does not have to fire him. We, the people have a strong case.

MISUSE OF POSITION AND GOVERNMENT RESOURCES

Misuse of Position | Use of Official Title | Personal Use of Government Property | Use of Non-Public Information | Use of Official Time | Disclosing Procurement Information | Letters of Recommendation on Official Stationery

An employee may not use his official position, including information learned by virtue of his position, for his personal benefit or for the benefit of others.

MISUSE OF POSITION An employee may not use his public office for his own private gain or for that of persons or organizations with which he is associated personally. An employee's position or title should not be used to coerce; to endorse any product, service or enterprise; or to give the appearance of governmental sanction. An employee may use his official title and stationery only in response to a request for a reference or recommendation for someone he has dealt with in Federal employment or someone he is recommending for Federal employment.

5 C.F.R. § 2635.702 (see Subpart G - Misuse of Position; Use of Public Office for Private Gain)

USE OF OFFICIAL TITLE Generally, an employee engaging in teaching, speaking or writing in his personal capacity may not use his official title or position to identify himself in connection with the activity or to promote any book, seminar, course, program, etc. The two exceptions to this rule are as follows:

1. An employee may allow the use of his title if it is included as part of several other biographical details and the title is given no more prominence than other information; and

2. An employee may allow the use of his title in connection with an article published in a scientific or professional journal provided there is an appropriate disclaimer.

5 C.F.R. § 2635.807(b) (see Subpart H - Outside Activities; Teaching, Speaking and Writing)

An employee engaging in fundraising in his personal capacity is also prohibited from using his official title, position or authority. In addition, he cannot solicit funds or other support from a subordinate or from any person that has business with his component.

An employee may not use the official time of another employee for anything other than official business. The use of any government property, including computers and the Internet, for any partisan political activities is always prohibited.

Department of Justice employees are generally authorized to make minimal personal use of most office equipment and library facilities where the cost to the Government is negligible and on an employee's own time. 28 C.F.R. § 45.4. This is the Department's de minimis use policy, and would permit an employee to send a short, personal electronic message to another individual. However, personal messages sent to large groups of people and messages sent to disseminate information on non-Governmental activities, such as charitable events and causes, commercial activities such as personal businesses, and religious observances, are prohibited.

If an employee of the Department of Justice has questions about the Department's rules covering the limitations on personal use of government equipment and resources, or questions about whether planned personal use of office equipment is permitted, she should consult with her supervisor, or her ethics official.

USE OF NON-PUBLIC INFORMATION An employee may not engage in a financial transaction using nonpublic information nor allow the use of such information to further his private interests or those of another. Nonpublic information is information an employee gains on the job which has not been made available to the general public and is not authorized to be made available upon request.

5 C.F.R. § 2635.703 (see Subpart G - Misuse of Position; Use of Non-public Information)

USE OF OFFICIAL TIME An employee shall use official time in an honest effort to perform official duties. Generally, personal activities should not be conducted during duty hours.

5 C.F.R. § 2635.705 (see Subpart G - Misuse of Position; Use of official time)

In addition, the individual must be someone with whom the employee has dealt with in the course of his Federal employment or someone he is recommending for Federal employment.

5 C.F.R. § 2635.702(b) (see Subpart G - Misuse of Position; Use of public office for private gain)

“Giuliani: Mueller is the “Insurance Policy” Talked About in Text Messages”

And Sessions was the underwriter.

Exactly. We’ve been jerked around for two years because of something that isn’t even “a thing”. AND NOBODY STOPPED IT!!

“Giuliani said that he has suspicions about the DOJ IG report that concludes the text messages were the victim of a site-wide technical glitch.”

This is not a big deal to the left or the media, but Nixon's 18.5 minutes of missing tape conversation was proof to them of one of the most heinous acts by a President in history..

I wonder if Strzok is still receiving any funds or checks from the FBI in any form, or any other government assistance. I’ll bet he is.

It’s not a one-liner in the comedic sense.
He’s an attorney.
It’s a compound statement. It has more than one purpose.
In that one statement, he succinctly conveyed the message that, 1. reminds the public that these two were having an illicit affair (Strozk is married) and cannot be trusted and 2. that they used their government-issued phones to text OBSESSIVELY but not about their mutual “love” interest but about their mutual “hate” interest, and that much of that texting centered around how to implement a soft coup to unseat a duly elected president.

I have no problem with his statement.

Was this “Special Persecutor” thing (yes I spelled it right) ever contemplated by the founders? If the role is so important, why not enshrine it in its own permanent branch of government? Hire someone simply to politically cripple an incoming President. Have the position appointed by the outgoing (or newly fired) FBI Director. It can become yet another extra-Constitutional function like the 60 vote cloture in the Senate. Why is this crap tolerated????

I figured when Sessions quit that would end the Sessions bashing. But it's like a security blanket that people can't let go of. Sessions might well deserve some bashing, but, the group of people who could have been attorney general and stopped the Russia investigation is the empty set.

The appointment of Mueller may or may not be the insurace policy. But in the early stages it would have been Comey and his cabal (McCabe, Strzok, etc) and had Mueller been fired by Trump, it would have been Congress with the RINOs joining the Dems for impeachment. I admit the scenario of Trump (or Sessions) firing Mueller and what happens afterwards is hypothetical. But it is a lot less speculative than the hypothetical superman AG stopping the investigation and succeeding. There is no such person.
