The bears are big enough to rip the doors off of a locked restroom
so they weren’t affected by the closure.

lol...In SE Oregon the wild horses like to poop in the road. The stallions mark their territories by pooping over the other horse’s crap (they’re called stud piles and they can get pretty big)

A few years ago, I was backpacking for a week in Smokey Mountain National Park.
I went off to a field, dug my cathole and proceeded to do my business. I looked off to the left and saw an enormous pile of bear poop, about the size of a Frisbee.
Another one to my right, another behind me.
My first thought “Why did I dig a hole.”
Second thought “I’m out of here.”
