I'm not thinking of color but the fact they are liberals. And I'm not saying it will win - but with liberal judges the Left will try a new tack of mandating instead of the law that was overturned by proposition. I said "bill" but it will probably be some kind of judicial order. They will make Houston fight for bathrooms all over again and force them to take it to the Supreme Court.
