I find it interesting that the article never mentioned the imminent retirement/death of RBG...
There will be a war when RBG dies if Repubs still have the senate and presidency. Kavenaugh will seem mild. My recommendation would be to move at lightning speed. Have that pick pre-decided. Move immediately in the Senate.
I agree - RBG is a monumental pending fight.
Democrats will never agree to a conservative replacement. This is going to be a huge issue in 2019.
