Chicago has some of the strictest anti gun laws in the country.
You try that shit here in Florida and you WILL get shot and deservedly so.

I remember first visiting Water Tower Plaza back in 1977 as a 20-something in the US Navy. I stayed overnight in a nearby Chicago Hyatt and went to see a cool new movie called Star Wars on a Saturday night with my buddies. I also remember waiting in line for refreshments and holding a black gentleman's popcorn while he got his sodas situated for himself and his date (who was probably holding down a couple of choice seats in the theater). We were just two sci-fi geeks who were both animatedly looking forward to a great display of swashbuckling in outer space, and we were not disappointed (I ended seeing the movie again twice more). My point is that the Water Tower Area was, to me, to even a jaded and self-important native of the San Francisco Bay Are as myself, the most urbane and sophisticated places in North America at the time. Times change, and both San Francisco and Water Tower Place have long gone tragically to hell in a hand-cart after four decades.

Chances are better than good the mothers of those lovely kids probably don’t remember either who their dad was. Either way most of them will grow up to be strong socialists-meant to say democrats. Between either crooked or worthless politicians, illegal immigrants and the religion of peace with their offspring’s reproducing like (you pick the word) as hard as I may try, I just don’t see a too bright a future. I hope I am wrong.
