During a combative White House meeting with Democratic leaders on Dec. 11, President Trump declared that House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi was constrained in her ability to negotiate for a border wall because of a leadership fight in the House.
Pelosi, who won that fight, was in no mood for mansplaining.
“Mr. President, please don't characterize the strength that I bring to this meeting as the leader of the House Democrats, who just won a big victory," Pelosi shot back. Later, aides put out word that she had mocked Trump’s border wall as “a manhood thing” for him.

Imagine having to crawl into bed each and every night with that cur! Poor old Paul Pelosi probably has to hunt around the back of her head to blow in her ear, what with all her facelifts!
I think we need to think about this whole thing will be war-gamed out.
I don’t think we are going to have a GOP cave in the near future. At least I hope not.
If the impasse continues, will we have CRs for individual key programs like food stamps, national parks?
Will we need to pay the non-essential employees on a long term basis? Could Trump just lay them off w/o pay and at least get some budget relief?
Why won’t Trump just order the military to build the wall during the impasse? They have built many bases, infrastructure abroad w/o congressional consent; it was just out of the general budget for defense.
I guess everyone in this house likes murdered cops then.

Yeah i know we supposedly have five conservatives, but we really don’t.
