House Democrats will refuse to seat North Carolina Republican candidate Mark Harris on Jan. 3 as state election authorities investigate election fraud claims surrounding his race, incoming House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer (D-Md.) said Friday.
Hoyer told The Washington Post that Democrats would oppose any effort to seat Harris, who leads Democrat Dan McCready by 905 votes in the state's 9th District.

Hopefully we get a republican with a spine for speaker when they eventually retake the house and refuse to seat any Orange County, CA rat.
Look at it from their perspective. They had people vote who were not citizens and used every other manner to manufacture votes and they still lost? How does that happen?
If I were in the senate leadership I would refuse to read or listen to a single word coming from the house until they seat the elected republican.

The damn GOP Senate should open investigations on election irregulations and fraud by the Rats as long as they are “investigating Trump”.

The problem for the Republican who won the election is that he does not have a certificate of election from the NC Secretary of State and the NC Election Commission, which is now out of business due to a judge’s ruling. He probably can’t get on the floor of the House when it convenes its organizational session at noon on the 3rd.
Under the Constitution, the House is the sole judge of the qualifications of its members. I sense that they will call for a new election; if they attempt to seat the ‘Rat in this race, then the GOP should fight every ‘Rat who was behind on election night and then somehow won their election.

No one is interested in throwing Sen. Jones out of the Senate, even though he won his race against Republican Roy Moore by the corruption of the Democrat National Committee.
