Maybe a better idea would be to have the Catholic Church, since it is essentially the State Religion in most, if not all of Central and South America, alter it’s opposition to birth control. Their pitch seems to be, have every kid you can have, forgetting the hard fact that you can’t support them, then call on the United States to take them in, and feed, raise, educate and provide for their every “need.”

I understand that you haven’t been exposed to it, but there are very sound, reasonable, and sufficient grounds underlying the Catholic position on contraception.
If you knew what the Catholic position actually is, your arguments against it would be more convincing.
