Messaging campaigns? You mean like what the US did with Radio Free Europe to influence the mindset of foreign populations back before the web?
This is an unacceptable conclusion; the foreign “contributions” to the Clinton Foundation were interference, but the media has made this about Russia and Trump (complete BS) to avoid scrutiny of the Clintons’ dealings. It was clear what was happening when the “donations” dropped off after her loss in 2016; they’d been bought and paid for, but couldn’t deliver any product at that point.
