Any Ideas?

The part of the US Military that is actually the UN Military is getting nervous.

Mattis was in total support of homosexual and transgendered freaks serving openly in our military. Good riddance.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Agree.
I didn’t know he was that way until after he was confirmed, maybe the President didn’t either.
"The left should be thrilled with Trump. Aren’t they always trying to dismantle the military?"
But being the hypocrites that they are, they'll use it as a chance to attack him again.
All these politician-generals at that level have a “posse”!
When the “big cheese” goes they go with him\her to the next assignment or go off to a Beltway Think Tank, Political PR Firm, etc to polish their resume and wait for the “Big Cheese” or another “BIg Cheese’s” call.
Its the same for GOP’er/conservative s & Rats, in this regard they all operate the same way.
Term Limits are desperately needed!
You say , “This does apply here!”
I say yes it does & for the following important reasons.
1. TL brings in new thinking & new approaches & importantly higher probability of bringing in people from the heartland. All very disruptive to the current status quo!
2. Also brings in a new “posse class” to act as political parasites. A new set of fleas on the body politic! You’ll never get completely rid of them. (It’s human nature!) So make use of them!! Keeps things complicated & churned up for the current set of “status quo fleas” and this is a good thing in the long run!
I read an article today that Erdogan and the U.S. have been in talks, and he’s decided to hold off on a big offensive into Northern Syria for a month since President Trump has decided to withdraw U.S. troops. He and Trump personally talked this out.
Time for another BRAC. What a bunch of ingrates in the Pentagon. Trillion deficit spending to build up the military and the “Trump Generals” treat Trump like a doormat. After fellating the community organizer kenyan for 8 years while he slashed defense spending and sent our kids home in body bags.
Why are we in Afghanistan? What is our goal?
“I’m always worried about using the word ‘victory,’ because, you know, it invokes this notion of Emperor Hirohito coming down and signing a surrender to MacArthur,” Obama told ABC News.
I repeat: I’m as big a hawk as you’ll find. But seriously, we’ve been in Afghanistan since 2001. What is our strategy? What are we achieving? I don’t mind keeping a nice forward base there, but beyond that, what is our actual purpose there?
It’s even worse in Syria. What is our strategy? What is “victory?”
Even the best generals are “hammers” to whom every problem is a nail. It’s the nature of who they are. No different from an engineer who wants to design a fix for everything.
Doesn’t mean we have to take their advice on when to get into wars.
I’m inclined to believe that the President and PM Netanyahu have talked this out in secret. Not good news for Iran.
I’ve had it with these perfumed prince Pentagon careerists and chattering GOP Senators. We’ve had two years of non stop hen-pecking and undermining POTUS’s agenda. It should be no surprise Trump no longer feels bound to accommodate their views on policy. Loyalty is a two way street.
It’s clear from the government shutdown that they all hate Trump more than they love anything else. It’s like the Middle East where Arab women hate Israel more than they love their own sons.
I’ll say again, the left would be stunned at what they could get if they just worked with Trump. Maybe God knows that and that’s why He gave Trump the “muh Russia” investigation. It keeps him on the right side.
the idea that some how these people..the middle-east et al, are gonna some how embrace democracy is a fantasy. Like most of the rural Vietnamese in the 1960’s, most of these savages dont know what planet they are even on...nor do they even care. Watch em from afar...if they get “out a line”..zap em from the air...other than that, just leave em alone to settle their own issues...in this day and age of communications, with cell phones, the internet, etc..if they cant figure it out by now, then to hell with em. The US military can topple all the dictators it wants....these people just dont care..
It’s not getting into wars that is the problem LS, the problem is when to leave. The Kurds are great people but we can’t be there forever. Move off and provide air support, but we shouldn’t be in Syria and nobody ever wins in Afghanistan. We need to identify the people worth saving, load them up and move them out of there and then just nuke the place. Make it uninhabitable for a thousand years.
When it first started, with the special forces on horseback we stood a chance, but that is now a no win situation.
