WASHINGTON (AP) — President Donald Trump’s demand for border wall funds hurled the federal government closer to a shutdown as the Republican-led House approved a package Thursday with his $5.7 billion request that is almost certain to be rejected by the Senate.
The White House said Trump will not travel to Florida on Friday for the Christmas holiday if the government is shutting down. More than 800,000 federal workers will be facing furloughs or forced to work without pay if a resolution is not reached before funding expires at midnight Friday.

Then, as a compromise, fund the gov when 10 billion is approved for the Wall.
They tied it to an 8 billion dollar aid package for the fires and hurricanes. If the Dems vote against it that will make for some really great ads.

From 15:12 to 17:12 PST, the following took place.
$985,121.00 collected. That’s $492,591.50 per hour.
16,324 people donated during that two hours.
They donated an average of $30.18.
This study ended with $8,956,767 dollars collected since the beginning of the GoFundMe campaign.
Thanks for the research and for the report. Almost nine million dollars! I haven’t been this proud of Americans since the Minutemen were on the border. This is real similar. People doing the job that the government refuses to do.
The ideal thing would be to close down entire departments and reduce employees, I mean permanently, and to work within the already appropriated funding we currently have.
Keep in mind they are inviting illegals with their “sanctuary” cities and states. Democrats are scumbags.
