It’s gonna be a circus on the Democrat side. If Julian Castro throws his hat in the ring then you’ll Black and Hispanic presidential candidates going up against each other for the first time on the Democrat side (GOP has been there, done that already). This is where identity politics is gonna rear its ugly head in their primaries. If Castro gets traction in the early primaries then look out. There are plenty of White and Black liberals who don’t want a Hispanic candidate as their party’s standard bearer!
