That’s exactly what will happen. Most, if not all, Republicans cannot be trusted.

Enough is enough!
It isn’t really futile. They get a year of daily news specials “The Impeachment of President Trump”. They solemnly will examine every whacked out claim of Stormy Daniels and others to extract maximum embarrassment.
All work of his presidency will grind to a halt.
IF they finish before the election, it will leave him badly damaged and America will be told it’s time to move on from a failed Trump experiment. Repub never Trumpers will come out of the woodwork for a primary.
And in the meantime, the economy will be tanking.
They win even if they can’t remove him.
Trump was elected because a lot of people feel shut out of the political system.
So now the political system is going to prove them right.
Thanks, Lucy. Just saw Comey on the news. He said the degradation of the FBI was not his fault, but was Trump’s.

Trump is not going to let them impeach him. He does not lose in battle.. he wins. He might have had enough and end it on his own, but he does not let the enemy win. He’ll take mueller out first..along with some others..
You remember on the stage in debates, he took no guff. To quit would be a loss he’d never be able to change.. he won’t do it. I don’t think he could.
No more secrets. No such thing as a fair fight.
Once a month or so, he'll indict some friend of a friend of a friend of Trump's to prove he's "getting close to the target".
Then, around the end of 2019, he'll file his "report"... essentially no evidence, but full of opinions... "Trump is Putin's puppet, Putin stole the election from Hillary".
In early 2020 the Dem Congress will impeach Trump based on Mueller's "conclusions" that Trump is a Russian asset or something.
Late 2020... Trump wins reelection by landslide.
There is more evidence of misconduct by Comey, Mueller, and the previous administration than there is on anything the President or anyone in his administration has done. If the the Democrats seriously try to impeach Trump, that path leads directly to Hillary Clinton and Barak Obama in ways the Democrats do not want examined. The Democrats will handle impeachment the same way Republicans handle the Clinton's corruption. They will talk, and do nothing that puts them at any risk.
We might call it something like, “The re-occupation and re-Americanization of the few foreign states.”
Or, "“We have to pass the bill,” Pelosi said, “so that you can find out what is in it".
You Americans who put Nan back in charge truly have short memories. Watch Schumer and Pelosi destroy America trying to destroy this enormously successful sitting President.

Cant he just say ok to a few more trillion in chuck n Nancy spending? The art of the deal is really paying off, isnt it? This must be fake news.
I would like to see Trump shut the government down on 1/3 and start making recess appointments every day it remains down
