Only REDACTED version of 1/24/17 302 has been ordered That's not completely accurate. Sullivan ordered the redacted to be placed in the public file. Sullivan will get all the un-redacted files.

No the judge wants the un-redacted version as what Mueller delivered to him was not acceptable. The judge is very angry over this and is not playing. He likely holds Mueller in contempt.
