why are the Popo letting her off the hook. Something be rotten in WayCo.
That “second daughter”, the one who was supposed to look in on them, had the hinkiest excuse I ever heard of. She didn’t report the 2 deaths to the cops because “her mother wouldn’t want her to”? I think she is a prime candidate for the murder of her mother and sister, and also for the loony bin.

Not even. Ask your bank. They'll have a debit card, usually Visa, for your checking account in the mail within a day or so. Most utility companies will use your debit card number so you can pay on line.
I’m 99% sure that the cause of death was Globull Warming.
I have had a debit card for years,just never used it. Not once.

Yes, me too. There was a couple in our town who were found by family I believe, somehow killed by CO from the HVAC system.

Consider. I opened the account in Oklahoma. I moved to the Pacific NW 6 years ago. I get my monthly bank balance as an e-mail. I get $100 cash as walking around money, but everything else goes on the card. I'm on my third card, now, since they send a new card and pin number about a month before the old one expires.
I suppose it's cheating, but I deliberately did NOT get overdraft protection. If I don't have it, I won't use it. (Unlike my ex...)
I haven't even seen one of my bank branches, since. It's actually VERY convenient, and nationwide.
