The saga of Robert Mueller’s mystery subpoena continued yesterday, but only a select few even got to see the players. The DC Circuit Court of Appeals went into a sealed session so secret that the attorneys arguing the case went in undercover, CNN reported. What could possibly be so secret in Mueller’s probe that requires this level of security?
Wanna take a guess who’s name is on the mystery invitation?

A few notes on the 302’s. Strzok was working for the SC(Meuller) at the time of the added 302. It is redacted but the Assit. SC who had Strzok write the form was probably Weissman. There are missing 302’s. there are 302’s that were written long after any action. Meuller has been found to be in complete fraud. He doesn’t know where to turn and is hoping to slide this by Judge Sullivan. I doubt the Judge is going to allow Meuller to spit in his face. But. stranger things have happened!
None of the Bush’s would have reacted that way to a note of condolence. That would be against a deeply engrained code. They don’t like Trump, but they would gracefully acknowledge an intended courtesy, no matter who it was from.
Yeah, I watched the video a few more times. It was something stranger than just dislike. I was wrong in my initial assumption. There is very strange stuff going on right now... all over the world.

From reading his bio I saw that he was previously appointed to Judgeships by Ronald Reagan, and George H. W. Bush.
Whatever this is all about; if it has to do with so-called obstruction in firing Comey, Trump doesn’t have to give a reason. He has the authority to fire the FBI director. And insofar as obstruction goes, what has been obstructed? The special counsel continues his investigation, the DOJ director recused himself leaving Rod to handle it from day one and Rod is still there. Mueller is still there. The FBI is still there. They want to argue that the FBI cannot operate continuously with a change at the top? A change which is irrelevant since the FBI director doesn’t have control over the OIC anyway?
No obstruction; no reason for firing Comey is required to be given; and firing Comey changes nothing in terms of investigations by the FBI or the OIC.
I’m tired of this. Tired of Trump playing defense only. Time to go on the offensive. Drain the swamp. Hopefully Judge Sullivan tosses the Flynn case and that becomes the turning point to reveal all the misconduct in the OIC and from there, start hauling all the DNC and Obama Admin conspirators in for questioning - the same pretext used to investigate Trump. Unmasking. Paying foreign intelligence for campaign info. Campaign violations. Attempts to tamper with the election. Conspiracies and abuses of power. Obstructions of justice in filing false affidavits in cases for the FISA court, the Flynn case, the Papadopoulis case and more. And really I want to know why did the Russian lawyer who met DJTjr meeting with FusionGPS head Glenn Simpson immediately before and after that Trump Tower meeting? Was this an attempt to set-up Trump’s son and ultimately to blackmail the POTUS?

If Flynn’s conviction is tossed out. He will become a VERY wealthy man. The DoJ and FBI will give him a blank check just so they don’t have to go through discovery; and hope Flynn doesn’t take his civil rights case to trial.
Flynn’s attorneys screwed him over royally. They knew the Logan act was unconstitutional and could have had the charges dismissed via a writ of prohibition/mandamus action. His attorneys were bleeding him dry to maximize their billings. He should also sue them for legal malpractice.
The judge could also invoke sanctions (Think fines $$$) against Mueller & Team.
The real question is, is this judge allowed by the dark forces to rule as he want's to, or is he just following orders.
You'll know that the judge is simply following orders if he follows through with sentencing of Flinn.
