It’s moot. Dems control the House and GOP big donors love socialized medicine. Some flavor of Obamacare is here to stay, unfortunately.

Hardly moot if the decision is upheld.

If it is ruled unconsitutional, it is back to the drawing board.

The old system will never pass the new Senate. Trump will never sign it.

Supreme Court can’t say much either. Their basis of constitutional opinion has been removed.

I try not to be a Debbie Downer but in the case it’s not hard to be.

Socializing the costs of employee health care is the holy grail of corporate America. They want it more than anything else. And they own the beltway lock, stock and barrel bar POTUS.

We’re stuck with some vile version kenyancare in perpetuity. Sorry.

Meanwhile, Democrats are salivating at the opportunity to accuse Trump of taking away people's healthcare going into 2020.
