The neighbors didn’t notice?
In our neighborhood, we’d notice...and that spit wouldn’t fly.
Somebody reported it in July but I guess it takes months to get the evidence for the warrant.
Looks like the house was purchased at the height of the market back in 2007 before the crash. They tried to sell it last year for a $30,000 lose. They probably started renting it when they didn’t get any bites.
