I would strongly disagree. Democrats in the House are hell-bent on impeaching Trump, and will use whatever is in the Mueller report to do so. House hearings and a floor vote will happen, only question is will it be in 2019 or 2020. I’m not convinced they will succeed in the full House vote, but they may. If they do, the trial in the Senate will be a grand show - but not result in conviction.
