Dismantle the FBI:

Nuke it from orbit, it’s the only way to be sure.

hmmm... the doc doesn’t address any substance of the recovered messages, it is simply a technical/procedural statement of what has been done to recover messages.

So will there be a forthcoming IG report addressing the actual substantive matters? I hope so, but of course any number of “reports” can be issued.... the question is what will be DONE???

Yes, presumably...hopefully.

What this report tells us is the extent to which the policies and processes at the FBI are broken - an IT manager in private industry would be rightfully in fear of losing his job after a performance review like this.

Yes it’s closing the barn doors after the horses have escaped, but it must be done if there is to be any accountability in the future, because we all know that no one is every going to be fired or disciplined for failing to follow procedures they are not explicitly made aware of. So do that, then get a signed affadavit from every FBI/DOJ employee agreeing to complying under threat of loss of job, pension, and criminal penalties.

They will not, because IQs (and MQs: Morality Quotients) have dramatically dropped in DC.
