Melania Trump: Some comedians, journalists are ‘opportunists’

First lady Melania Trump on Wednesday criticized journalists and comedians as “opportunists.”

In an interview with Fox News host Sean Hannity, Trump accused media figures, authors and “performers” of “using my name or my family name to advance themselves.”

“It doesn’t hurt,” she said. “The problem is they’re writing history and it’s not correct.”

The first lady told Hannity that despite criticism “from the public or from the media,” she tries to “stay true” to herself and do what she believes is “right.”

“I will do what is right and what I feel is right for the country and for the people,” she said. “That’s why I say I want to stay true to myself and listen to myself and what to do and what is right, what is wrong and live a meaningful life every day.”

Trump, who rarely gives televised interviews, has delved into children’s causes as her main issue while first lady, launching her “Be Best” campaign to champion positive social media use.

The first lady has been widely questioned for highlighting cyberbullying in her advocacy work, while President Trump frequently uses Twitter to attack the media and political opponents with demeaning nicknames and insults.

Melania Trump said in her Wednesday interview that she does not always agree with her husband’s “tone,” and that she gives him “advice” and “honest opinion.”

“Sometimes he listens and sometimes he doesn’t,” the first lady said of the president.

What is not to love about Melania? We should be counting miracles she performs so some day she can be canonized as Saint Melania (I'm not kidding)

The sickos in politics, the liberal establishment, entertainment, and the media just can't handle that a person can have it all....beauty, intelligence, compassion, dedication, and a strong work ethic.

Some?
And to think that when I was young, I actually thought those folks were not particularly geniuses, but smart and honest.
Wrong on both counts.

I was sick of this ridiculous talking point from the moment it came out.

For the umpteenth time:

Cyberbullying: Attacking defenseless people.

What POTUS does: Counter-attacking powerful people.

Trump is the guy who stands up to the bullies and sends them home crying to Mommy.
