BTW, President Trump has been the only president to dedicate serious effort on crucial National Security threats like EMP power grid vulnerabilities and real border security.

but in past, most such councils have been mostly just freebies for a few favored or powerful politicians ...
or their bff’s or contributors, and have done little actual good

I hate this crap. It’s not the government’s job to give breaks to people in some neighborhoods but not in others. How about the rural poor, for example?
Hope this is real and no for show. Once the wall is built and the flow of cheap Mehican drugs is cut down, people will need a source of income.
