If Trump had lost, our republic would be at an end and we would be at the mercy of fascism. The abuses would escalate and freedom would diminish if not disappear altogether.

I have a horrible feeling the Trump era is only a reprieve of the inevitable demise of the Republic unless things happen that will be surprising. I think most of the government is running out the clock to get the Democrats back into true power.
