10:40 p.m.

French Foreign Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian says U.S. President Donald Trump should not comment on France’s domestic affairs, notably nationwide protests that began over fuel tax hikes meant to wean the nation off fossil fuels.

President Emmanuel Macron withdrew the planned increase last week in a failed bid to appease sometimes violent protesters.

Trump has tweeted twice on the issue, saying in one tweet this weekend that “the Paris agreement isn’t working out so well for Paris.”

Free speech is embedded in the American Constitution. The Euro elites can’t stand that our President is right.

Trump needs to tell Macron to get to his safe place, quick, and get into his jammies with some nice hot chocolat.

How about when Obama urged French voters to vote for Macron. “Because I know how important this election is, I also want you to know that I am supporting Emmanuel Macaron to lead you forward. He appeals to peoples hopes, not fears.”

That’s a tad bit more interfering that a tweet that points out the Paris Accords haven’t been so good for Paris.

Of course. You know that liberals have one set of rules, while the rest have another set. Instant Karma for Macron? 8>)

But obviously it is okay for the French to comment on US policy. The water is boiling. Time for the frogs to jump.

The leaders of Western Europe are the very first out of the box criticizing this country for every petty little issue they can and yet when it comes to them we have to be quiet and mind our own business?

Theresa May develops diarrhea of the mouth when she thinks she can score points at our expense. Merkel despises everything American. Macron keeps rubbing his Europe Army in our face and Britain debates in Parliament whether an American president should be banned from their country or not and we are told to shut up?

Europe your days are over, goodbye and good riddance.

France never keep quiet about the US, especially when they want the USA to pay for things.

Bend us to your will.

Invade and shut us up.

Channeling another French President (Jacques Chirac), I see. Très drôle et ironique. (Funny and ironic too.)

That’s only going to provoke more backtalk from someone like Pres. Trump. He’s not going to easily be shushed, whether the official is French or not.

Macron can dish it out, but he can’t take a bit of it back. On top of that, he’s clearly not the sharpest knife in the drawer, but thinks he is. He now joins the long list of those politicians who underestimated Trump and are embarrassed by the result.

Trump has ‘em where he wants them.

All he has to do, on his next walk on the lawn is wear a yellow vest. Doesn’t need to say anything, just that big old grin.

Globalist heads would literally begin exploding worldwide.

Perhaps the French should take their own advice. Macron and his representatives constantly comment on what Trump is doing in the United States. They also need to stand up like men and pay their share, which they agreed to do, of NATO.

I was going to point that out.European elite constantly nag or point things out about the United States but seek to deny any criticism coming from that direction.
