Sunday on CNN’s “State of the Union,” Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) said if President Donald Trump did direct his lawyer Michael Cohen to commit federal campaign finance felonies, he was not “above the law.”

No sitting president can be indicted or charged.
If so, then it would mean 13 people — a prosecutor and 12 jurors — could undo the will of the nation and the election.
As one of the founders (John Adams?) said, the solution lays in putting such charges before the public at the next election, and the entire nation can act as the jury.
And if they re-elect him, then that counts as his acquittal.
So where was Marco Roboto when Obama was actually breaking the law?

“No person is above the law” — but the office of the presidency — not an individual — is above the law, because without that kind of immunity, the office could not function.
Of course Bill Clinton was above the law when he was acquitted for committing perjury.

Hey Marco, if Candidate Trump used his own money, NOT his campaign funds, there was NO violation of the law. Go back to your foam party, Little Marco.
What would these people know about the law anyway ?
When Congress sees a law that affects them, they exempt themselves.
Our President talked to people, directly or by proxy, who gave him and his campaign the necessary info that incriminated our domestic enemy.
And he didn’t even use it. He still won.
Those traitors are still roaming free. No one has gone to jail. The NUMEROUS (Too numerous to count) corruptions and crimes by the Clinton family have gone unanswered.
Someone has to sh!t or get off the pot on this. Even if Mueller finds out that the russians, or whoever, gave out information that incriminated our domestic enemies Trump never did anything substantial with it.
He won the election with a media that ALL fought him. An opposing party that fought him. Even HIS OWN party that fought him.
He is our president. The electorate had spoken. That’s how it works. Says so right in the constitution.
Now, Mr President I support you. Now go after these people. Now.
