That was trickery! They stripped an already approved Bill from the HOR and installed ocare in it's place, it was wrong but they got away with it. Ted is attempting to introduce this in original form. Nothing but parlor games considering ryano will never let this see the light of day. There is always the chance (I know, right?) that the HOR is working some end of year deal under the radar and having the $inate 'companion' Bill ready to reconcile would be a plus but I haven't been that naive for 30+ years.
