Still curious on the laws there for belt fed weapons. I have seen semi auto belt feds for sale in various mags.

That’s a Pom Pom in the back of the pickup officer. It only has a 5 round mag in it.

RPG’s have only one round.

What happened in CT:
The radical facist Democrat Governor ordered the list of known offenders that didn’t turn in the magazines and scary semi-autos to LE to start door-to-door kick-ins and arrests. Until they looked at the list and ~70% of the states EMTs, fire, local and state politicians, AND CT TOP 100 TAX SOURCE BUSINESS OWNERS were all on the list.Almost the entire states first responders, tax sources, firefighters, politicians and EMTs would need to be wiped out and put in jail. The enforcement was changed by executive order with the law as a bolt-on charge if there was an arrest for something else FIRST.

Gestapo?

How about tube mags? My old Marlin lever action .22 holds 20 rounds. It was built in 1950.

How about a KSG? Two mags but they only hold 6 rounds each.

How do you count the rounds a flamethrower holds?

Curious minds want to know. Ask enough questions and their heads will explode.

“New Jersey Has No Idea How to Enforce Its 10-Round Magazine Limit Law”

Easy... they will just arrest you for having a magazine.

Have you a source for that? I'd actually like to read about that in detail. Not that anything like that is going to happen in Michigan, I assure you.

Put up posters on telephone poles around town that Progressive Democrats are being recruited to go door to door to collect guns.

It is mandatory community service.

List the Democrat Mayor’s phone number.

If asked, just say you are an artist.

Inremental leftism rarely gets push back. But this could scare a few Dems.

It can be passively enforced. In a traffic stop if you have a gun they can check the magazine. If you use a gun to protect yourself they can check it to make sure it’s legal.

Someone should manufacture 10 round magazines that are the same size and look of the 15 and 20 round magazines ... just to drive the pukes crazy.

One has until Monday to dispose of, or permanently modify >10 round mags to 10 rounds. They need not look any different externally. Full size magazines blocked at 10 and 15 rounds have been available for years. Some available commercially, others modified by dealers.

I've used standard size rifle magazines blocked to 15 rounds at public ranges. They are pretty common. I'm guessing that a significant number of shooters are LEOs. I've never been asked about my magazines, and I've never even heard of anyone who was asked.

All my >10 round magazines now reside in free states, awaiting the post-Ginsburg Supreme Court decision. In the meantime, it's not worth the risk IMO.

Also, the mag restriction only applies to semi-autos. It doesn't apply to pump, lever, or bolt action firearms. And it exempts the tubular magazine Marlin 60 .22 semi-auto. (I'm considering buying one -- just because!)

My oldest daughter was one of the Republican elected local politicians in 2013 when this went down. I got it straight from the horses mouth. I promise you that you will not find anything anywhere on the internet about this because the Democrats (owning absolutely everything) buried it and the MSM cooperated with it by going dark to this day.

Wow, that's absolutely frightening. I take it that Gov. Malloy was the one who ordered that.

Probably saved a lot of confiscators lives in the long run.

Believe 48 of 54 sheriffs said they would not do it. Lost a lawsuit about it. In commierado magazines owned before the law are legit. Magpul left the state and had a cost plus shipping.

“Almost every sheriff in Colorado has said they’re not going to enforce the 15 round ban here. It’s just not enforceable, without using up a whole bunch of resources.
But I’m sure that doesn’t matter in Jersey.”

In some towns here police chiefs are saying the same thing.
