Trump calls for Mueller probe to end following Manafort, Cohen court filings

President Donald Trump said Saturday that court filings in the Paul Manafort and Michael Cohen cases showed no collusion between his 2016 presidential campaign and Russia.

"We're very happy with what we're reading because there was no collusion whatsoever," Trump told reporters Saturday at the White House before boarding Marine One for the Army-Navy game in Philadelphia.

Trump told reporters he has not read the court filings, which detail alleged lies Cohen and Manafort told publicly and to investigators.

You're spot on. I also find it ridiculous that:

1. John Kerry can go to Iran to undercut Trump's foreign policy.
2. The Congressional black caucus can meet with Fidel and Raul Castro.
3. Hillary and the DNC (via Fusion GPS) can hire a foreign agent (Christopher Steele) to try digging up dirt on Trump.
4. Obama, the Clintons, and the DNC can take foreign money (in many forms) - AND take money from people like Soros, who is loyal to no country, has been found guilty of insider trading in France, and wants to use his political influence to impose his political agenda on the world.
5. Can sell a substantial amount of our Uranium reserves to Russia.
6 - ?

AND, there are no consequences for them.

The Democrat party is not patriotic, not universally pro-US, and no longer can claim to care about or represent the American middle class or workers. Our enemies, foreign and domestic, have used the Democrat party as their vehicle to exploit our open society while working to subvert us and change what we are - forever. This is indisputable.

To beat a dead horse, I am still suspicious that Page was an FBI plant. He worked in Moscow for years. If he was a US spy then it would explain a lot. He suddenly becomes involved in a counter espionage investigation when he gets back to the states. He becomes an FBI informant in that investigation. After he joins the Trump campaign he acts as a go between between Steven Halper, an FBI plant, and the Trump campaign. Then he travels to Moscow to give a speech which ends up in the GPS Dossier. I would not be surprised if the FBI sent Page to Moscow in order to give GPS a plausible excuse to put that in the dossier so that it could be used in the FISA Application as probable cause for a warrant against Page. And the reason they needed a warrant against Page was not so much to monitor Page as it was to record people who might be calling Page without blowing his cover.

All of that would explain why Brennan went ballistic when Nunes tried to release the info on the Page FISA application saying that Trump was going to do grave damage to US intelligence interests. Obviously if it became public knowledge that Page was a US spy then the Russians would roll up the entire US Intelligence operation in Moscow by arresting everyone who’d had contact with Page while he was there.

I am of the opinion that UNTIL the probes start refering cases to OTHER special prosecutors and going after the Clinton crime cabal ... the probe will continue.

Once the office of the special prosecutor start investigating the collusion between the Clinton campaign, DNC and Russia, there will be a chorus of “Shut it down”. Until then, crickets.

Mueller will end it in his own good time, and the nominee for Attorney General is not the person to rush things along.

The attempted linkage is that he used campaign funds for the payoff. Their big problem is that Candidate Trump, put far more of his OWN money into the campaign. Therefore, it is a very reasonable argument that Candidate Trump paid the settlement with his own money and not with any donations.

Exactly. The dems are the red headed step children of soviet subversion. The defacto russian bogeyman they’re accusing Trump of colluding with. Our own home grown marxists, commies, pinkos and anti-Americans. They are domestic enemies—traitors.

I heard Mueller and his team have uncovered clues to the Seth Rich murder. After all they are the best and brightest investigators on earth.

The loss of the House, poor response to the communists Democratic crimes and the Special Counsel will go on for years until Trump is impeached. And I worry about the Senate. With the many RINOs the 53 lead is not enough because some of them will turn tail so can be on the winning team, the communists Democrats.

"...RR offered to wear a wire..."

There are wires in tires. RR needs to wear a tire.

Hindsight is a winner but it may be that the President lost an opportunity to end the investigation by firing Mueller and Rosenweasel while the GOP held the house. Many will say that he chose not to follow that course to avoid giving democrats ammunition for impeachment. Now that the dems hold the house, they can impeach. So, what was the rational to not fire Mueller and Rosenweasel before the mid-terms ? Was it a case of opportunity squandered?

Actually, the reports that came out do say COLLUSION. They call it synergy. Getting a foreign power involved in campaigns and elections is indeed illegal. I’m so stressed out. This is bad and I am not hiding under a rock from the truth.

“Actually, the reports that came out do say COLLUSION. They call it synergy.”

The words synergy and collusion are not the same thing? You worry too much.

Oh no? syn·er·gy [ˈsinərjē] NOUN the interaction or cooperation of two or more organizations, substances, or other agents to produce a combined effect greater than the sum of their separate effects. "the synergy between artist and record company" synonyms: collaboration · working together · joint act.

First of all collusion isn’t a crime. Second, the word synergy was used in s phone call by a Russian, in response to which Cohen did NOTHING. So why don’t you start peddling the truth.

You just joined here and you’re a Democrat. Get out. You are lying about the report. It does not claim any “synergy” occurred. This post now has the word asshole, under your approach that proves you are one and I agree.
