LOS ANGELES (KTLA/CNN) – A transient man is in custody after video shows him pushing a stranger into oncoming traffic.
The crime occurred in Downtown Los Angeles' Jewelry District.
Police said the man seen in a lime green jacket is a transient that frequents the area. He’s sitting in front of a restaurant around 10 a.m. when the victim, believed to be in his 60s, walks by. Unprovoked, he shoves him into oncoming traffic.
The victim is hit by a box truck and ends up under its tire.

A sane country would take them off the streets and put them in an asylum or a work camp.

A somewhat loose fitting tourniquet so he can watch himself bleed to death. Maybe throw a little salt or rubbing alcohol on the would once in a while.

Useless members of society used to be killed in most civilizations. Then they were simply ostracized and left to fend for themselves (also typically a death sentence). Then they were put into asylums. Now they are simply left to wander the streets, and cause any problems that they can.

The asylum where “One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest” was filmed is in my town. The emptied it out completely, and it stood for years empty and creepy looking. Now they’ve remodeled it. But what happened to them all? Kicked out onto the street, as if they were better off.

That would never have happened to me. Trust me. I’m totally aware that there are people like that out there. Remember the one who pushed a subway passenger off the platform onto the tracks? On the other hand I had an ex who had no street smarts. Didn’t have a clue. Mugged 5 -6 times. All by blacks. Got a bullet in her for proof.
No, it was shot in Salem in 1975. I drive by it every now and then. The fences and barred windows gave it a mildly spooky look before they remodeled it not too long ago. Maybe that’s why liberals thought it needed to be shut down.
