It’s also a violation of the First Amendment because of the intent to use someone’s non-criminal speech as a justification to deprive them of a Constitutional right.
The only cure for this nonsense is for the USSC to rule that Constitutional carry is the only legitimate form of the 2A and that any infringement of the RKBA is illegal.
