LOL, I never saw the movie, but I presume they were spending time and money on rescuing “horse thingies”????

The horse thingies were necessary to Rise and Finn’ s escape from the CBPD (fans will find that easily decipherable).
The liberation of the fathiers was a natural but desirable consequence.
