The 3rd circuit was recently on the verge of flipping with the pending nomination of Trump pick Paul Matey but thanks to the delay tactic of Senator Fake, he’s still not on the court as the appeal moves through. Could’ve been a difference maker. Looks like now we”ll be waiting on what SCOTUS does.
