In California any person with a pulse can get a drivers license, or licenses, and they are registered to vote by the SEIU workers in the California DMV license.
Things are so bad in California. The democrats hold over 75% of the state legislature. The Republicans in Sacramento are there only as spectators. Worse than that, even if Governor Gavin Newsome vetoes the worst of the Marxist legislation coming out of the legislature, the legislature can override the governor’s veto. There is nobody to stop them.
Same in Maryland ... a veto proof legislature. Extreme gerrymandering will keep it that way.
