Sounds as though when SA goes black* in the very near future, we’ll need an updated composite satellite pic of Earth at night.

Most of the power generation in Venezuela comes from a very large dam, which has not gotten a lot of maintenance since Hugo Chaves took over. When Venezuela goes dark, it will be like a light switch for the whole country.
