To: Alas Babylon!

I read somewhere that Microsoft was moving out of the operating system business and into cloud computing. Any idea what company might replace them for PC operating systems?

It’s true.

They’re even ready to launch a cloud-based client OS. You only need a way to get to the Internet: Tablet, Smart Television, etc.

This OS will follow you anywhere in the world and never go down or crash, as it is constantly replicated and backed-up.

It will connect to local printers, devices like USB drives to store your own data, etc., but the OS powered computer is ready to be replaced.
