I wear flip-flops in the house all year. Once we have colder weather, I'll switch to my fur-lined ones. You might like these, too! :)

That’s funny!!! Last night the doorbell range [UPS delivers until 11PM] .... I jumped for the door knowing the contents!!!
I had ordered pairs of long underwear and a “union suit” ... long underwear for bed!!!

I lived south of San Diego 1980-82. I was VERY surprised to see coats, hats, mittens and scarves in the stores when October hit!
I thought, ‘These thin-blooded people are NUTZ!’ LOL!
I agree we’re like that.
It all depends on what you get used to. I’m going out in a few minutes. I’ll be wearing my new coat at the time.
And coming home to my new long underwear and especially my serious pajamas made for snow-time!
