Translation: Michael Cohen is trying to meet his plea deal so he is superbly inventing tale to tell corrupt Mueller and his gang of thugs cloaked as prosecutors & investigators.
They’re really making the “Justice” department look bad and reinforcing the bad reputation that law enforcement has over jailing, killing, prosecuting the wrong folks.

So, you and Gloria Borger are saying that Mulehead was smart enough to get his supposed star witness TO PLEAD GUILTY TO LYING before he ever spilled “the goods?” Sounds like something that would trip up a rookie prosecutor let alone someone who has as many conflicts as Mulehead.
In other words,... (assuming it isn’t just completely fake news)... Mueller finally threatened him into making up some huge lies.
CNN Breaking News the majority of the day: SOURCES say Trump is an emotional wreck, lashes out at his staff, who he thinks hates him.
Then CNN’s roundtable of Bolger, Max Boot, Anna Navarro, and their token black Trump hater all agreeing Trump is a disaster and he’s considered a joke by world leaders. And any day now he’ll resign because he knows Mueller is about to ruin him by proving he stole the election from Clinton.
I expect a lot more from our “concerned” FRiends for the next 2 years. Organized agitprop.

Trump Tower Moscow was never built and the whole proposed project had nothing to do with the 2016 campaign.
1) Assume he has something on Trump. What are the odds it has anything to do with Russia or the election? It’s probably pre-election stuff
2) You can’t indict a sitting President
3) Trump isn’t going to be removed by the Senate if there is a House impeachment for something pre-election related
4) Before Trump leaves, he could theoretically pardon himself, or he could resign on Jan 19th and be pardoned by President Pence.
5) There remains the question of statutes of limitations
6) There is an unresolved controversy about turning an attorney into a witness against his client. Attorney client privilege has to be affirmed. The only way they could break it is if Trump and Cohen together engaged in a crime. Merely telling an attorney about a crime should not be used against the client, that is the whole point of attorney-client privilege
7) Given the track record of the media, I don’t really believe there are any “goods”.
We have been hearing such stuff for 2 years now. This is getting old.
