i was in tijuana yesterday. i offered a migrant some money for a photo. i debated exactly how much to offer but settled on an amount that no truly destitute person could afford to refuse. heck if someone offered me that amount of money for a photo, i would agree to the offer. she turned it down. no one that i saw seemed to lack basic food or clothing or shoes or shelter. things are not what they seem and a lot of reporting (i saw some in the making) and some of the mexican official story is fake.
They all are well dress in sports attire and carry water bottles.
They are too fat to have been walking for a month, or even a week.
It’s the caravan of sham.
