What about the people who ‘bag’ your groceries? I don’t see them washing their hands after each customer.

Excellent point- some states are outlawing the use of plastic bags, but doing so WILL increase the chances of the public becoming sick for the very reason you cited- bacteria being spread all over the place via dirty ‘reusable grocery bags’

Can we sue the state for increasing the risk of illness to the general public by outlawing throwaway plastic bags?
