The American Bar Association is not a branch of government - they’re just another special interest group with a political axe to grind. There is zero reason for any GOP senator to care what their ratings are, unless they themselves believe deeply in the ABA’s opinion - certainly the voting public couldn’t care less what the ABA thinks about anything.

ABSOLUTELY , and they have ingrained themselves in not only the FedGov but almost all states ... they need to be cut loose from all power.. We desperately need a conservative $Billionaire$ or two to become active in an “Anti-Soros” way ,, funding state initiatives to restore freedom.
