Yes, a federal judge wrote that a law against such mutilation is unconstitutional, but here’s the good news. With the Senate win in Mississippi, we’ll have a 53-47 Republican Senate and maybe even a greater majority in the Senate Judiciary Committee with a possible change in the Committee. So the next Supreme Court appointment may be much easier.
