I think it’s worth it to declare Jesus to people too, and I honor his commitment.

That said I’d advocate using wisdom and respecting borders within reason.

Out belived Jim Eliot of Auca Indian fame (Through Gates Of Splendor) etc researches the robe and made flyovers and outreaches with gifts etc. attempted to establish safe relationships. I believe that is the wiser course, although he ended up killed as well.

Now if people are being imprisoned like North Korea and there’s no way to respect the border and help people out of their torment then, if equipped and called, well, I think it is ok and even commendable. Count the cost.

For better or worse, depending on whether it was sheer pride and wanting to be the FIRST to get to them for the glory and the ensuing book profits or if he was truly a messenger of God.
