President Trump said Thursday that he is thankful "for having a great family and for having made a tremendous difference in this country." The quotes in the article do not support the assertion by The Hill that he said he is thankful for himself. That's something Obama would say and I hope Trump didn't say it.

I think we should all be grateful for President Trump's intervention as he has turned around the trajectory of this country, which was sinking fast before he came along.
