I would take a guess that they paid some freighter captain to take them along, and they went by raft as they entered some Mexican harbor.
The thing...these are the ones who got caught. My guess is that there’s at least a hundred a month who make it across the border and send word back to Bangladesh that anyone can make the trip.
They crossed oceans and deserts and mountains to seek asylum in the US.
Insane asylum, maybe. They are cuffing CRAZY to think that the United States of America is and must be the only place of asylum in the world.
Even the UN has spelled out the specifics on WHERE those escaping persecution of any kind must turn to first in seeking asylum.
